1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the booking of seasonal rental rooms made directly through our website. By booking a room, you fully accept these terms.
2. Booking
- Bookings are made directly through our website.
- Reservation management is handled by our service provider, Guesty.
- A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
3. Prices
- Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
- The price displayed at the time of booking is final and binding.
- Any applicable local tourist taxes will be specified and added at the time of payment.
4. Payment
- Payments are securely processed via our provider, Stripe.
- The total amount of the booking is due upon confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
- If payment fails, the booking will not be validated.
5. Cancellation and Modification
- Cancellation and modification policies are specified at the time of booking.
- Depending on the chosen rate, some bookings may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- For any cancellation or modification requests, the customer must follow the instructions in the confirmation email.
6. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in and check-out times are specified at the time of booking.
- Late arrival or early departure does not entitle the customer to a refund.
7. Use of the Premises
- The customer agrees to use the rented room in accordance with its intended purpose.
- The customer must comply with the house rules provided by the host.
- Any damages may result in additional charges.
8. Liability
- We decline any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the customer’s personal belongings during the stay.
- Our liability can only be engaged in cases of serious breach of our contractual obligations.
9. Protection of Personal Data
The data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for the non-performance or delay in performance of our obligations resulting from a force majeure event.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
